What is the return policy?

All orders (except for promotional items, earrings, and engraved series) can be returned/exchanged and receive a full refund within 15 days of the validity period of the purchase voucher. The return shipping fee shall be borne by oneself. Promotional products do not support refunds. Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. After receiving the return, we will complete the processing within 7-10 working days.

 

What is the exchange policy?

All orders (except sale items, earrings and our engraved collections) can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 15 days with proof of purchase. During the holiday season, we offer an extended 30-day exchange window. Purchases made between November 1st to December 31st at midnight can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
